Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and LOZRIAN L.L.C-FZ, a UAE Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai (licence number 2306528.01; registered office: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). In these Terms, "evnno", "we", "us", and "our" refer to LOZRIAN L.L.C-FZ.

By creating an account, paying for a deal, or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy, and that you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years oldand capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, in which case "you" in these Terms refers to that organisation.

You must not use the Service if you are subject to UAE, US, EU, or UN sanctions, or if you are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.

evnno is a two-sided marketplace. Sellerspaste a Google Maps link and a few details about a business; the platform generates a landing page using Google's Gemini AI and lets the seller revise it. Buyers review a generated landing page through a private share link and, if they like it, pay for it through Stripe Checkout. After a successful payment evnno deploys the site (and, where chosen, registers a custom domain via Vercel) and the seller is paid their share.

Sellers use the platform on a subscriptionbasis for AI generation and editing (see section 5.2). When a buyer purchases a site, revenue is shared between the seller and evnno according to the seller's level (section 5.3). Buyer refunds are governed by section 7 and the Refund Policy. We may change plan prices, quotas, or level thresholds as described in section 15.

You can create an account using email + password or by signing in with Google. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and you are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Do not share your password.

To prevent abuse of sign-up offers, evnno limits the number of new seller accounts that may be created from the same IP network. Buyer (client) accounts are not capped. If you legitimately need additional accounts (for example, a team), email support@evnno.com and we will help.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt to defraud the payments system, abuse the AI endpoints (e.g. circumventing rate limits), or use the Service to publish unlawful or infringing content.

5.1 Listings and pricing

As a seller you may set the price of each landing page at or above the platform minimum (currently $5 USD). You confirm that you have the right to use any business name, logo, and reference images you upload, and that the resulting landing page does not infringe a third party's rights.

5.2 Subscriptions and AI usage (sellers)

To generate and sell landing pages as a seller you must add a valid payment card on file (Stripe). We use Stripe SetupIntents and Payment Element to verify the card; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Free tier (card on file): after verification you may create 1 lifetime project at no subscription charge. Visual editing, AI chat revisions, image refinement are not included on the Free tier.

Paid plans (Plus and Pro, billed monthly through Stripe Checkout):

• Plus ($20/mo): 3 new projects per billing period, unlimited visual editing, up to 20 chat messages and 4 image refinements per project
• Pro ($35/mo): 6 new projects per billing period, unlimited visual editing, up to 40 chat messages and 10 image refinements per project

List price for à-la-carte comparison is $8 USD per landing page. Current prices and quotas are also shown on the Plans page. Unused project quotas do not roll over to the next billing period. Multi-page generation counts as one project.

You may cancel or change your subscription through Stripe (or the billing tools we link from the dashboard). If a subscription lapses, you keep access only to what your current plan status allows until you resubscribe or remain on the Free tier rules above.

Legacy credit balances from the previous credit-pack system, if any remain on your account, are not used for new generations.

5.3 Revenue split by level

evnno operates a level system based on lifetime revenue earned through the platform. Your share of each sale is set by your current level at the moment the deal closes:

5.4 Withdrawals

Earnings are credited to your balancewhen a deal's refund window closes (see Refunds below). You may withdraw at any time once your withdrawable balance reaches the platform minimum (currently $2 USD) via Stripe Connect Express or, where available, PayPal Payouts.

evnno is not a money-services business. Stripe and PayPal are the regulated payment institutions that move funds; their respective terms also apply to the parts of your relationship with them.

5.5 Refund clawback

If a buyer is refunded after your deal closed, the seller share that was credited to your balance is debited. If your balance is insufficient to absorb the debit, evnno may offset against future earnings or invoice you for the difference.

5.6 Stale listings

Unsold draft listings are automatically removed after a configurable inactivity window (currently 60 days, shown on the dashboard). This is a housekeeping measure and does not affect sold projects.

When you pay for a landing page through Stripe Checkout you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the generated HTML and assets for the business identified on the project. You may modify, host, and adapt the page; you may not relist the page on evnno or another marketplace as your own original work.

If your purchase included a custom domain, the domain is registered to you (or the registrant details you provided) and remains yours for the registration period. The domain registration fee is paid through to the upstream registrar and is not refundable; see the Refund Policy.

You may submit change requests through the platform where the product allows it. How those requests are fulfilled depends on the seller's active plan and the tools available in the editor; there is no separate per-request credit charge to buyers.

Buyers may request a refund of the website price within 14 calendar days of payment from the My Purchases page. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original card. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. The full mechanics — what is refunded, what is not, timing, failed refunds, and chargebacks — are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We strongly prefer that you contact us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks (i.e. for purchases outside the refund window or on non-refundable items) will be disputed with the relevant evidence.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• is illegal under UAE law or the law of the buyer's or seller's country;
• infringes a third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• impersonates a real business without authorisation;
• promotes fraud, malware, sexually explicit material involving minors, terrorism, violent extremism, or human trafficking;
• attempts to bypass the rate limits, IP caps, or other technical protections of the Service, or to extract data from it via automated scraping;
• uses the AI generation endpoints to produce content that violates Google Gemini's prohibited-use policy.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, or report unlawful conduct to authorities, as appropriate.

Your content. You keep all rights in the inputs you provide (business details, logos, reference images) and grant evnno a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and process those inputs to operate the Service (e.g. to send them to the AI generator, to deploy the resulting site, and to show the project to its buyer).

AI-generated landing pages.Subject to payment and these Terms, all rights in a generated landing page that arise on the seller's side transfer to the paying buyer at the moment of successful payment, except for any third-party components incorporated under their own licences (notably Unsplash imagery, which is subject to the Unsplash Licence).

Our platform. The evnno name and brand, the website, software, templates, prompts, and any other materials we make available are owned by LOZRIAN L.L.C-FZ or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the platform itself to you.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback we may use them without restriction or compensation; you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to do so.

The Service relies on third-party providers — Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Vercel (hosting and domain registration), Google (Gemini AI and OAuth), Resend (email), Unsplash (stock imagery), PayPal (alternative payouts), and Turso (database). When you use the Service you also use those services, and their own terms and privacy notices apply in addition to ours. The list and roles are described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evnno disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. AI-generated content may contain errors and is provided for the seller and buyer to review and adapt before publishing.

evnno does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific commercial outcomes (revenue, leads, conversions) will result from using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will LOZRIAN L.L.C-FZ, its officers, employees, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to evnno in that period and (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LOZRIAN L.L.C-FZ and its personnel from any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your content or your use of the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right. We will tell you promptly of any such claim and you may participate in the defence at your expense; we may control the defence and settlement of any claim that we reasonably believe affects our reputation or platform.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the account menu or by emailing support@evnno.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if continued access creates a security or fraud risk, or if we are required by law to do so.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, licences granted to us, refunds and clawbacks, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution) survive termination of this agreement.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The version that applies to your use is the version visible on this page; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where the change significantly affects your rights, by emailing account holders. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and contact us about deleting your account.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied within the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, you and we agree that the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and evnno regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications on the subject.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including outages of upstream providers, denial-of-service attacks, internet disruptions, or government action).
• Notices. We may give notices through the dashboard, by email to the address on your account, or by posting them on this page; you may give notices to us by emailing support@evnno.com.
• Languages. These Terms are provided in English. Any translation is for convenience only; in case of conflict the English version controls.
